Round Hill opened Sleeter Lake Park in June 2018, providing public access to the 100-acre lake. Army Colonel Frank Sleeter, the original owner of Hill High Orchards, created Sleeter Lake in the late 1960s when he built a dam along a local creek to irrigate his peach and apple orchards. Now we can use it for canoes, kayaks, and picnics.

Is Sleeter Lake open to the public?
I had seen information that it was to be open to the public in May 2018. But, when I went there after that date, there was no access available.
Sleeter Lake Park closed down for the winter. The last I heard a couple weeks ago, they were working on a date to re-open it this spring. (It was definitely open for the second half of last summer.)
